Hi All,
At thefree online image editoryou can now add your own twinkle stars to your own pictures.
It works rather easy. Upload an image at the first page, then choose in the "EFFECT" menu for "Start Stars Wizard"
Click on a preview star. The star appears in your picutre. Now you can drag it to the right place.
You can set a delay time (time before blinking (default it is written "0")).
Press the "create my animation" button.
