I find is dialogue very interesting then it is Jane Eyre
Reva asks how will Dhanuma run if there is a fire in the Haveli is that what will happen in future when Reva comes to know about TVS and Sugni or should we just leave it at that an ambiguous dialogue by Reva

It was a completely random dialogue that didn't fit with the conversation. As an analogy it didn't make sense.

So maybe you're right that she is foreshadowing.

I didn't understand why she was talking about that either. I thought they were trying to show that she isn't right in the head...but I don't think that was a good way.

Maybe it is foreshadowing...but it still seems extremely random. If it is foreshadowing, then they should have at least fit it in where it would make some sense.

May be I'm just not understanding it correctly.
