Getting ready for Eid? *Muslim members*

so Ramadan month is near to the end as only 8/9 days letf for eid. So my Muslim friends r u ready to celebrate the Eid. How r u observing this Holy month and hows ur shopping for new dresses/shoes, etc going on? How or where will u celebrate the Eid day?do tell us ur location n how normally the eid is celebrated in ur place

I will buy new movies. I have already made a list of movies such as"The Dark Knight Rises" . I watch movies the night before Eid and on Eid day. My mother always buys dresses for me especially on Eid..In my country Bangladesh people celebrate Eid by hanging out with friends and relatives. What about you?

I already bought 4 new dresses...n busy wth shopping

wow thats great...I buy new hit songs available at the market n dance with it along with my cousins in the eid day.
I watch special shows, movies, programs telecasted in my country's tv channel. we hve a huge 7 days special programs aired here.
My parents also buy for me...and I am also very excited bout the Eid. Here in my country we wake up early in the morning, pray Namaz after taking shower n wearing new dresses. We go to meet relatives, frnds' house n welcomes guests with spcl foods. We hve arrangements for special food for 3 days starting eid n we celebrate eid grandly. too much fun n cool times...no studies, job, pressure...
girls also apply henna on their hands, go to beauty parlour before eid so we look gorgeous in new dress, shoe, accessories

lol you are from Bangladesh like me. Never expected someone from BD in this forum.Yeah we Bangladeshi's have more fun in Eid then I guess in other countries.I once spent Eid in Pakistan it was not fun at all. Eid programs are so much fun in Bangladesh some of them are so hilarious. Its great to know you.

me neither expected to find a Bangladeshi here too...I dont wanna say we r best n others not...different nations has their own diff way of celebrating it...Bangali ra shob kichu tei ektu colorful...yup the shopping spree kinda go hilarious smetimes...as if we can not shop other times of the year.
