If she and Shiv get married before the divorce decree comes through then obviously the Anandi-Shiv marriage will be illegal, because she's still Jagya's legal wife. But this is Anandi we're talking about, not only is she far, far from even contemplating marriage to Shiv right now, she will also never do something which she knows to be illegal. Nor would Shiv, as a matter of fact. And now, because of the whole fiasco with Anandi-Gauri-Jagya, everyone in their family is well versed in the legalities of a Hindu marriage :)
