I have a strong feeling the story in future will reveal Shyam behind the bitter past of arhii...he had a long plan in mind to destory mailik family...

During the first episodes he was shown in Lucknow when arnav was buying sheesh mahal...later the incidents of mushier trapping...there is some link in back episodes.
