I saw the promo too. Well obviously she won't "kill" her dad !! She is the heroine of the story and will certainly realise her mistake before she does anything big.

I guess that promo was just figurative...maybe they ewre talking baout her killing his trust and faith...not actually killing him...lets wait and watch...
