Has anyone else noticed the discrepancy between Anjali's wedding to Shyam and Arnav's age?

According to earlier episodes when Khushi made the Mitai for the anniversary they were celebrating Anjali's 3rd Anniversary, but from the FB Arnav looks maybe 16/17 at most???

Unless Shyam was Anjali's second husband or am I missing something?

Thanks for the link. I never watched that promo. If Khushi's past is the cause of Arnav's distorted past then what gonna happen to Arshi's fate when it willl be revealed? Oh gosh I'm getting so scared? Will Arnav and Khushi will separate again?
