Crooner 1.15: Anjaane Vaade! Updated!

Archu.. this is a post that is poignant and emotional, which is speaking volumes with its beautiful words.. of 'awakenings', of 'rishtey ki dor', of 'phool ka taaron ka', of 'matlab ki baatein' and of 'anjaane waade'.. of dreams, of promises, of silences.. all woven together like a string of pearls..! And thus the sigh..! 😊

A beautiful episode with some soulful moments that left us breathless with their poignancy, subtlety! An episode of dreams coming true and of new beginnings! And as you have rightly said.. an episode clearly tying together the past, present and the future!

Arnav cant have Khushi out of his sight for even a few minutes! His anger and haq in asking where she was when he found her, very endearing! He is impatient to be with her and why not.. he knows what he has planned for her will give her utter happiness! And thats just what he has planned all this for.. to see a smile on her face! Even as she admits that she wanted him in a kurta or as she adorably puts on his buttons, the love in his eyes cannot be more evident!
He puts Khushi to work.. going through the unpacking! And he himself stands aside to see what effect it has on her, to enjoy her excitement, her laughter and her happiness! And what a sight!! Khushi's smiles were really like I have never seen before on her and also the tears!
The tears of seeing a dream coming true, a beautiful dream! Seeing a man who understands her, who knows her and who knows just what she wants! Who cares for her so much, who makes her feel wanted, loved, cherished!! The hug was just to reassure her that yes.. he will always be there! Such a beautiful scene!!

The next morning even more dreamlike.. waking up to having him right before her looking at her with love and a smile! And then he makes her more aware with his gaze and his silent beckoning! This time even Khushi is left breathless, not just us!! They dont need words.. no! And this communication has only just begun! There are many 'anjaane waade' between them.. hoping to see them all coming true for them both.. coz they deserve it!

Khushi has witnessed Anjali in a mysterious circumstance, she was doubtful too! And then Anjali came up with an idea of a truce.. a new beginning! She has seen and acknowledged Khushi's gestures but is it actually the reducing in strain or a well thought out act..! Is it her talking or is it Shyam who is advising her? A wait and watch situation!
A noteworthy point is that again Maami and Khushi and NK are the ones to witness her mysterious activities!

Akash is also an enigma like his Di.. Archu!! I dont understand his flip flop behavior! Suddenly so agreeable and smiling to Payal! Or has Rakhi actually mended some of those cracks, some harms undone! Hopefully!

The new arrival is a blast from the past! I have yet to see what it does to the story, what it brings to it! Of all the new arrivals, only NK has worked till date!

PS: The string of pearls so made us all think of Deba and the dream and pearl analysis she did! I dunno about copyright.. all I know is that i was stunned again by her accuracy!!

A last note: The thank you is not required! You know I am always here, no matter what! I had such a wonderful time doing it all! Just that the busy schedule has kept me off the post! Friday's episode was all about new beginning - new beginning in more than one way. It is not only the lives of the protagonists that will start afresh, but the story we are watching for a year will also start on a new note. Thus I mark Friday's episode as, till date, the most crucial episode in terms of storyline.

Remember the 5^th promo? "Khushi jo jimmedaar hain Arnav ki bure Atit ki, aur Arnav jo motio ka tarhe bigad diye hain Khushi ki aaj .." - the major two bases of this extraordinary love story have finally crossed path on Friday - with one closing, the other beginning. We have finally seen Khushi's present to be reformed - the scattered pearls have been threaded together again by the very hand that caused the havoc in the first place. So we have got a closing on "Khushi ki Aaj" followed by the indication of the return of the past - reasons for "Arnav ki bure Atit." The past will now return with the return of people from the past with stories from the past - the past that has made Arnav Singh Raizada the way he is now. These two have finally passed the first ordeal in their love; now is coming the turn for the second & the final.

We all know the significance of Pearls in this love story - so I will not go into details. Thanks to Priya! I hope she will do a mega one on the whole of last week, once she is back on Monday. 😊 I would rather focus on how I felt things were closed & how I could smell the new beginning. For last few days, IPK was giving me frequent deja vus. So before writing on the Friday episode, I decided to re-watch a few of the old episodes and I will summarize in today's post the things they have beautifully closed over time.

"Ye love story shuru kaise hua?" Thanks to NK because with that one question he showed Arnav what he needed to see. Arnav recalled things from the start and he started to understand how he needed to woo her lady. Friday was the culminating point. So what really happened on the first time they met? He allowed her dupatta to fall off. He allowed his employees to manhandle & question her. He made it very clear what he thought of her - someone who can just move on to another relationship if the first one falls apart. And then, he broke her pearls. He knows he has wronged her for day one and the rectification had already started. He understood the value of her dupatta long back and finally he himself covered her with her dupatta after he brought her back to life on the hilltop. We have seen him slapping his employee for calling him an item. We have seen him asking her how she could allow their marriage to end just like that. And finally, he has beaded back the pearls. With that he had closed their old book and opened the page of a new one. It is not a new chapter, it is a new book altogether and this time it is for a lifetime.

Priya has beautifully explained Khushi's first dream where she saw the pearls along with the Payal & Mannat ki Chaabi for the first time. I would not go into that but I would touch a little on the second dream she saw after Arnav's phone confession. Arnav lit up a candle in the dream which was materialized during Khushi's birthday celebration. That was the day the wooing started. She has got her pearl necklace and the next is the message in the bottle. Yes, Arnav has confessed verbally already - but they speak better when they speak through eyes. The conversation is yet not complete, the confession is yet not complete. As Arnav said, "Humari Baat Abhi Khatam Nahi Hui .." Their new life has started but the wooing will continue. This also reminded me of their wedding day when Arnav told her he wanted to talk but was never able to tell her what he wanted. It is time he finishes the talk now - before, remarriage, perhaps?

It is all about fulfilling Khushi's dream now. Arnav so far has been successful in materializing her dreams that he was not aware of verbally. So the dreams he surely knows of - her wedding in style, her having the best husband of the world - any doubt that he is going to work on those soulfully & deliver? We will get a remarriage - but whether that will be because of legal requirements or family pressure or will it be the official ending of Arnav's wooing plan - that only time will tell.

The episode was altogether another 10/10 for me. Loved how he could understand she is lying again. Loved how she could read his face reaction and instantly followed him to the room. Loved the little "trip & hold" scene followed by "Dimaag Ki Batti" quipping. Loved how he fumbled with the "stupid" button and Khushi went on to fix it. Loved how he admitted he continued wearing the Kurta just because of her. Loved how casually he could say he was feeling his pajama could fall off. Loved how she smiled & embraced the kiss - a kiss of thanks & fondness. Loved her reactions at the gifts & his reactions at her reactions. Loved the confidence in him - he knew he need not worry this time, he knew he has done things right this time. Simple things - but these are what make this couple so adorable altogether.

I just loved the change of expressions in Khushi when she saw the jewelry box. Her joy with those down-to-earth gifts transformed into shaky anticipation, removing the smile from her face - she must have wondered if Arnav had again brought her something expensive in his style, something perhaps that did not matter to her. What was that in her eyes & face when she opened the box? Surprise? Contentment? Love? Sadness? Questions? Whatever it was - it was beautiful. The prince of her dream finally has given her something she has dreamt of - she knew what those beaded pearls mean just as much as Arnav knew. She could read the emotions in the eyes of her prince - silent apology, silent promise, silent love - and a plea for acceptance. She takes a step towards him & lets him cover the distance - the distance he himself had created over times. The love he has always loathed, he embraces - expecting in return acceptance of his love. She did not disappoint him this time - how can she? She returned the hug - and thus they become one in their life.

The following morning was something I felt I have never seen in TV before. It was beautiful but I could not avoid the sensuality in it - it was a silent yet steaming foreplay building up to the final union. The smile they share as she wakes up in "her" side of the bed clearly depicted - things have changed between them. She shyly acknowledges her husband's admiration but then she can sense as it changes into desire, a desire that is burning both of them, a desire to be one in all senses. She becomes aware herself, looking for her dupatta. She moves to get the dupatta but only to be stopped in her track as she can see her husband approaching him. She does not deny him, she does not move back - she stands rooted, anticipating what is to come. She is listening to her husband word by word - no stepping back anymore. The day is not far away, when she will even step ahead - just as her husband asked her too. I loved how Arnav did not try to hide his irritation at the unwanted interruption.. and how he left, making her aware of things to come. Only that much left her breathless .. I wonder what will happen to her when their conversation will move to a different level altogether.

I am one happy soul with the way Arnav has handled things. Why was he hell bent on getting her back to RM? Why did not he woo her and make her come home willingly? I have an answer to that question - because he could not afford that. He tried to woo her on the first day when he never even mentioned for once to take her back home. But he knew he cannot manage it well with her at GH when he also have to give enough time at office & RM. He needed her near him, with him to woo her properly. And look at the result. If he tried this when she was still at GH, being how stubborn she is, even if she was happy, she might not have come back home. But now, she will not think of leaving. That was a great example of how brilliantly our Arnavji's brain works and how well he understands her too.

I am just waiting now for the Kangan to return to her hands meaningfully. Khushi is blessed with her mother's Payal already; now it is turn for the blessings of her mother-in-law. And with these two, she will be blessed "hamesha" - in both her hands & her feet with which she would be able to keep peace in their life "hamesha" - for a lifetime. Remember my little bits on TaeKwonDo, anyone? 😊

To finish off, remember what Khushi told him when their vehicles clashed in the street of Delhi? "You can never compensate for the loss you have caused me" - Arnav will prove her wrong. He will make it up to her - for all the losses he has caused her knowingly or unknowingly - happily & lovingly for the rest of their lives - 24 hours of the day, 12 months of the year.

Anjali-Khushi:

Another beautiful scene of the episode started with Khushi giving back Anjali her Pooja ki Thali. Is it the same one the Guptas gave Anjali during Payal's wedding? I wonder. I will not go into much detail because we will need to see more to draw any conclusion. Very briefly, this conversation marked the new beginning in the storyline. Anjali talked about making a new beginning and she also hinted how the past has changed Arnav . How she wants to start her life again will contribute a lot to the upcoming track. Anjali thanked Khushi for making Arnav wear Kurta for Rakhsha Bandhan. She thanked her from the heart but I did feel a tinge of something else here. Being the woman Anjali is, she was happy finally Arnav wore a Kurta for Rakhshabandhan & that too something she brought her months ago. But did she for once think that though she is the reason he wore it, she could not be the one who could make him wear it? This is the ultimate Anjali-Arnav-Khushi triangle where Arnav connects them because of his own being. He needs both the ladies in his life and these three together enacts the perfect balance. Whether she has understood this or understood anything at all, we will have to wait & see.

Raizada Bahus:

Very briefly, I feel Raizada Bahus perhaps have always needed to work really hard to make their places in the family. That has to be one of the reasons why Manoroma Mami is also giving a tough time to the girls. After almost 6 months of marriage, the girls still stand a bit secluded of the family circle and still they are being kept out of family matters. I have faith Arnav will be different but the whole family need to take the stride to make the Gupta Girls Raizada Bahus in proper sense.

On a Lighter Note:

1) Arnav swore to do something if Khushi ran away again. I wonder what!! 😆

2) Khushi, when will you stop lying, girl? 🤔

The shift from the hug to the morning scene was rushed - a little something after the hug could have linked these two scenes better. Thus the forum went haywire over the Big C happeninng. I knew it cannot happen - not only because they will properly hint it but also because Arnav has his own plans.😛 But even I was shouting .. why are you behaving as if you have done it?? 🤔
