An actresses career lasts only as long as the leading superstars want them..It has been an unbroken rule in Bollywood.

When top heroes dont want them anymore..and get replaced by younger ones..Then they start working in heroine oriented films with younger male actors ..then B grade stars and then fade away or do secondary roles..

Watch out for Salman,Shahrukh,Amir,Akshay,Ajay's new announcements..

What you are thinking is absolutely right...time is running out for some..

She just has to cut the apron strings off lil Aradhya, then lose some

weight, and announce her come back and watch them fall over

each other to sign her...her beauty is her plus plus her global

Unfortunate but true. Btw the same applies to the men too. For instance not even an upcoming female star would want to work with Govinda or Sunny Deol today. Right now every leading male star wants to work with Sonakshi, Anushka, Deepika irrespective of the fact that some of the older stars are better actresses and are more popular with the public.

They would all last as long as they can look pretty enough onscreen. As soon as the age starts to show, they'll be out of the race. It's a pretty standard rule in bollywood.

Unless they are talented, they are not going to last past 30 years old (give or take some years).

well sucks for these women. wonder how the ordinary citizens would survive in the business world. maybe y'all should start supporting women in the workforce.
