i think it is bani who sent in the notice - not for the money but just to teach Mr Walis (whom she thinks is trying to ruin Pia -Pushkar's life for some reason) a lesson of sorts.
Then I think the judge will tell them since they have been only married for less than 6 months, they will have to wait another 6 months and bani has to live with her husband that time to get the divorce finalised !!
That is the only reason why she will be back in walia mansion .........
