Tele-tale: Arnav (Barun) who is an arrogant business tycoon has only one weakness and that is his crippled sister Anjali (Daljeet). Their relationship is built on love and trust. Brother speaks: "I am very protective about her and she always reminds me of my real sister. She is the sweetest and most ideal sister one can have. We share a great rapport while shooting on the sets. But I don't play any pranks on her as I feel she is too delicate and fragile to handle it," laughs Barun Sobti.

Manish Nagdev and Ahsaas Channa Character: Mukund and Swati Show: Madhubala-Ek Ishq Ek Junoon Tele-tale: They are shown to be a typical brother-sister pair hailing from a Maharashtrian family. When Mukund (Manish Nagdev) falls for Madubala (Drishti Dhami), it is his sister who discovers it and helps him in taking the relationship ahead. Brother speaks: "My onscreen sister reminds me of my real sister. She is mischievous, bubbly and we share a great understanding," says Manish Nagdev.

Show: Bade Achche Lagte Hain
Tele-tale: Though Nuts (Sumona Chakravarty) is Ram's step-sister, he loves her more than his real sister. He is very protective about her and can go to any extent to support her. Sister speaks: "We knew each before we did this show. I wish I had an adorable brother like him. He is too caring and possessive about me," says Sumona.

Hina Khan and Ather Habib
Character: Akshara and Shaurya
Show: Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai
Tele-Tale: The brother-sister relationship in the show is shown to be a sweet and simple one. It so happens that whenever Akshara (Hina) is in trouble, Shaurya (Ather) is the first one to bail her out. Sister speaks: "Me and Athar are very good friends. He continues to be my loving and caring bother off screen as well. He ensures that we eat together when we shoot," says Hina Khan.
