Ashutosh matured enough to keep professional and personal life separate whereas Nidhi little immature to mix them.
But I thin she is purposely irritating him as she is preparing for his Bday.
She should follow work etiquette , I am sure she does when other people around. Dont jump to conclusions before seeing actual thing.
