Prosecution's case:

A lady, Mrs. Suri, comes to you asking for justice for her one and only son, Jai Suri, who right now is being convicted for the murder of top industrialist Mr. Prakash. Jai worked for Mr. Prakash as his consultant for 5 years. Just las week, due to family matters, Jai needed money so he asked Mr. Prakash for a raise. Mr. Prakash flatly denied his request. Jai and his family were in a desperate stage. The next day, Mr. prakash's body was found dead in his office and his safe open and all the money gone costing 25 million Rupees.Jai was the primary suspect since he was the last person to see Mr. Prakash and he had the reason to do it too since he was desperate. Jai says that he did not do it. He went straight home that day. The police did not believe jai's version of the story so they put him in jail for the murder of Mr. prakash. The police have searched Jai's house for the money but there is nothing found. Jai, at this moment is being tortured by the police to tell them where he has hid the money.
So this is the case. You have to fight for Jai and try prove him innocent.
You have done investigation and suspect the vice-president of the compny, Mr. Talvar, for the murder. Also you have checked his bank accounts and have noticed 10 million funds deposit in one account and 15 million funds deposit in another. Also, you have talked to Mr. Talvar and you feel that he might have wanted Mr. Prakash's position an money by the way he was talking.
Prove Jai innocent and Mr. Talvar guilty. Thats your duty. You will have to argue with the defence...
Defence's case:

A man, Mr. Talvar, comes to you asking for help since a lady, Mrs. Suri, has accused him of murdering top industrialist, Mr. Prakash, and putting the blame on her one and only son Jai. Jai (who had worked for Mr. Prakash for 5 years as his consultant) had gone to ask Mr. Prakash for help the other day to give him a raise due to an emergency family matter but Mr. Prakash refused. The next day, Mr. Prakash was found dead in his office and all his money gone from the sfae amounting to a total of 25 million rupees. Right now, Jai is in custody of the police and is being tortured to tell where he has kept the money since the police could not find it in his house and they are forcing him to confess.
Just after the murder, Mr. Talvar had two bank account deposits, one with a 10 million fund deposit and the other with a 15 million deposit. Mr. Talvar is the Vice President of the company and just a few hours back, the prosecution lawyer told him that he is being brought to court for the murder case. Mr. Talvar says that he did not commit the crime and that he just got that money from two of his clients who owed him 10 million and 15 million.
Mr. Talvar says he as not even in the office the other day since he was sick. Mr. talvar is being accused by the prosecution for the murder of Mr. Prakash and the stealing of his money just so that Mr. Talvar can become the President of the company.
The prosecution lawyer came to Mr. talvar and questioned him and he got annoyed so he spoke to her rudely. She suspects him after that because of the way he talked.
So this is the case. You have to fight for Mr. Talvar and try prove him innocent.
You have done investigation and found out that Jai really was in a desperate situation the other day and you heard from his friend that he said he would do anything to get the money.
Prove Jai guilty and Mr. Talvar innocent. Thats your duty. You will have to argue with the prosecution...
