The light-eyed actor Chetan Hansraj, who as Sasha created trouble for the Agarwals in 'Kahanii Ghar Ghar Ki', is back. After hiding in Singapore for being accused of kidnapping Shruti (Tina Parekh), Sasha now resurfaces as the family's well-wisher. "Seemingly, Sasha comes back to help the Agarwals and win their confidence. But he has hidden motives. He has also come to get his brother out of jail."
In an industry where playing wicked helps boost the TRPs, Chetan is not unaware of the sway he holds over women. Urge him to reveal what he appreciates in a woman and he says, "I like women who are soft-spoken. Body odour, hairy arms and legs put me off."
But amongst all fan experiences he holds one special. "Once the newspaper boys at Haji Ali surrounded my car and started calling out 'Sasha! Sasha!'. I was touched," says Chetan.
Playing father to six-month-old Ethen is something which makes him proud too. "While Lavinia (wife) has brought in a sense of fun, Ethen has made me responsible," he reveals.
Keen to do movies, Chetan has played a villain in the recently released film 'Anthony Kaun Hai'. Chetan adds realistically, "Here, no one helps you. You have to wait to get your chance—unless somebody decides to make a film for you!" Chetan will also be seen in the forthcoming episodes of 'CID' (Sony) and 'Maan Main Hai Vishwas' (Sony).
