Siddhi and Chopra family

I know many of the forum feel Kunal did not treat Siddhi well in the beginning and thought f her as his property. Well I had different outlook on it. I believe the rude and harsh behavior on Kunal's part stemmed form his ugly past. It was very hard for him to accept that his brother's fiance is now his wife. Also he had lost faith in woman and love. he really was harsh to Siddhi when he felt she either violated their deal or attacked him emotionally.

Now how did Kunal appreciated Siddhi? We all remember the way Kunal proposed? It turly was great proposal and Kunal had really put himself before Siddhi with honest words. Even in proposal he had said it would be great sacrifice on her part and great favor for them, but no pressure what so ever. Later at wedding night, he leaves Siddhi realizing how hard it is for them. Others in family thought, now both are married so things should turn fine sooner or later. Later when Siddhi wanted to work at Thakral; Chopra family kind of accepted it. Only Kunal with authority said no. Not because it was against his wish but he knew what Thakral would do. He even went after Siddhi to Richa's office knowing she would try to manipulate Siddhi. When both came face to face in court; Kunal didn't react angrily. He actually wished Siddhi luck and even try to help her. Raj later asked Siddhi to step aside. But Kunal had not questioned Siddhi's decision to fight the case and respected her choice. Once the case concluded; Kunal again acknowledged Siddhi's contribution and apologized for his behavior. after that we saw time after time Kunal stood up for Siddhi. Be it in Thakral's office, against Raj at home for scolding Siddhi and best was Raveena's wedding.

During Gaurav EMA issue sure Kunal was angry at Siddhi but he never let that come in his way defending Siddhi against family. He stood up against Seema and family questioning Siddhi and Veena asking Siddhi not to work. Again Kunal didn't let anyone treat Siddhi with contempt, was there to protect her and always respected her. Even right now he disregarded everyone blaming Siddhi. I feel only reason Chopras jumped on her is because Kunal wasn't there.

I have always felt Chopra family wasn't completely fair to Kunal either. Yes it was disappointing of Kunal to lose money in his animosity with Thakral. But that's not reason to stop talking to him, stop respecting him as human being and question his capabilities. First Kunal had lost status in society and profession; later Richa rejected him. What did family do, they left him on his own(Raj had once accepted it) Family sure blamed Kunal for their bad condition but no one really motivated him or try to understand his point and help him move on. No that happened thanks to Siddhi. One person family really cared for is Raveena. That one gets it all. I never came across anyone as selfish as that lady. I know someone who may come close and I can't stand that person. Really how exactly SINAL can go through so much for her. At times I feel Chopra's don't deserve SINAL.
