Lunch: Boiled dal and stir fried vegetables.
Mid meals: I get really hungry in the evening, so I have another protein shake along with a bar of protein chocolate - Myoplex Lite, which is really yummy.
Dinner: Tandoori chicken or soup and vegetables.
Exercise: I do two hours of cardio/weights every morning with my personal trainer. In the evenings, I either go for a swim or for a long walk. Recently I've started spinning. It's basically cycling in the gym with trance music and neon lights.

Mona has to realise that consuming artificial meals of protein will lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies. Diets where cereals are not included lead to major problems. It destroys the digestive system, saps you of energy as these provide a slow supply of energy in the body. Fruits are the richest source and Mona is eating only one fruit in a day. Her dinner at times is only tandoori chicken. Where are the fruits and vegetables?

Exercise: She should do one-and-a-half hours of weights and 20 minutes of cardio training twice a week. The rest of the days she should concentrate on yoga and deep breathing.
