He walked out of the room, telling her in a charming offended manner that perhaps she did not like taking his help. He didn't touch her, he didn't even brush past her . He released her when he released her honour hooked to his wrist watch/cuff links. But she stood and tottered like someone under the impact of a cocaine shot. He had done something to her ' unsettled her , ruffled the woman inside her , darted at her feminine defences. And she still could not figure out what it was. And then, her best friend came in and told her as she desperately tried to find solace in him from something that she can sense can consume her ' only to be told that he could hear her heart beat fast and hard . And he gave her the answer to the opaque feeling that had been bothering her. Yes, Rishabh had made Madhubala's heart beat the way it never did in her entire life. She should have slapped him, screamed at him, taunted him but she could not ' in that moment ' simply because for those moments , her heart was enchanted by Rishabh Kundra.
Madhu is not in love with Rishabh , she is not attracted to him, on a normal day of her life, she wouldn't even give him a second glance ' But, there is a big but here. She can feel his intensity , his passionate feelings for her , his eyes that follow her everywhere ' his gestures , his raw and carnal chemistry towards her. How is she supposed to not be swayed by it when it is so electrical and binding. Maddy has never been in love , men have looked at her as a pretty face but never as a woman to be loved and mused about. Not even Mukku ( more than being in love, he is besotted by her beauty and that is what is coming across till now ). Rishabh has suddenly walked in and upset all that. From his side, all this serenading and flirting may have been to emphasize his power over her or get the moments he needs to flash in media. For him, it is not something that he would even think about again since he is so concerned about finishing her. But for Madhubala, all this stands in a different light. On the day of her engagement to her best friend, Rishabh has set her heart aflutter and its only going to drive her mad in the coming days.
Just look how lost, dazed and vulnerable , she looks when she comes back to the party from the washroom. Rishabh has taken away her girly smile and put the pensiveness of a woman there. She is scared of going and standing next to him, looking at him or even talking to him. Because deep down , she knows that something just happened that shouldn't have because she is an engaged woman ' she hugged Mukku impulsively because she wants to escape what Rishabh is doing to her.
Rishabh has attacked the woman in Maddy and it will take some time for her to fathom this skipped heartbeat and gather herself up. She wanted to slap Rishabh today but somehow the slap refused to come at the required timing.
For Rishabh , the passion he feels for Maddy is real but its totally at the backseat and he doesn't even know it. He is so consumed by his own ego and the obsession to finish her that it doesn't hit him at all that what him and Maddy have is something cosmic and raw. Feelings are simply something he sells to billions- he doesn't buy that pain for himself at all. Yes, he can think about her all night , send Maddy's disgrace as the first thing to Ila in the morning , take her name a million times a day ' but he is never going to even think once that why is it so?
Madhu wants a simple life of affection and togetherness ' like we saw today in her interactions with Mukku. But Rishabh evokes something intense , passionate and dangerous inside her and she cannot handle it. Little does she realize that destiny has already set her symphony with Rishabh ' so, no matter how much she wants to tune herself and Mukku , the music of that symphony is her fate and its forever. Rishabh is Madhu's destiny and whatever he brings along , she will have to deal with it.
