I heard a lady found her in some bushes, brought her home and cured her. I saw her in one episode today.

Ok, I can understand how she might have survived the fall from the bridge, but with just a slight head injury? Please, what is she, superwoman? Also, she didn't lose the baby in that fall? A bit hard to believe.

Maybe she didn't land on her stomach. It didn't even show how she fell or anything. It only showed Veer pushing her and then Prita screaming. Thats it!
