I am from Algeria and here are some recipes for ramadan:
Borak

Hrira

Berkoke

Maakhoda

Olive

The organization of the table in this way


The way of eating is: we eat harira the first. and aftr that eat the salad and Next one of the recipes.
After that we go to pray Taraweeh after Taraweeh we drink Coffee with Zlabia.

Ohhh I made a lot of Jalebis with my mom yesterday ;) They turned actually good..

Hrira is that a soup? You think i can find a good recipe on the youtube? And borak it is spring rolls, right?

yes you are right Hrira is a soup and borak is spring rolls. yes you can find in the internet good recipe like this Video about borak:
