And I have no issue with Smiley's character...in fact I really enjoy her presence in the show and the light-hearted side she is bringing to the show during this time of tension building up around Toasty. I'm sure that Smiley is going to be one of the biggest supports to Toasty once everyone finds out about her tumor and she will help Toasty through her treatment and teach her how to live her life to fullest whilst trying to get better and recover.

I agree that I'm not too happy with the plot that the CVs chose but I'm going to continue to support them anyways for the cast because like Didi said, I also love each and every member of the SBS cast and watching them and the way their portray their characters makes any track bearable and worth watching. It's character like Shobha and Kiya that drive us insane but at the end of the day, as long as I get to see my Chaturvedi's and the way they handle every situation that comes their way as a family, I'm happy. Each member of the cast is a shining star to me who are so realistic that they make even an unrealistic situation seem relatable <3 Love them so much and really do wish the very best for our SBS <3 Love the Chaturvedis <3

Second, is brain tumor considered same as cancer? because, I heard that there is not going to be Cancer track according to Toasty's own words but she didn't say there would not be a Brain tumor track and who knows what happens next.

Does anyone know whether Aish has some hot Bollywood assignments in hand and she needs to attend those more than SBS? That will surely explain Rubina's entry. The replacement theory is still a valid theory not totally out of question in my mind.

Whatever it is, if only Rubina can sober up a bit and brings her chotibahu charm then there certainly is some hope.

I am not a physician so can't answer your question with complete confidence but from what little I know a tumor can be benign/non-malignant/non-cancerous or it can be malignant/cancerous. But the thing which is confusing here is the usage of term "Brain Tumor in last stage", in my knowledge if we are giving an end stage/higher grade to the tumor then it has either become malignant (spread to other parts of body) or is inoperable. Also confusing is the part that how did Toasty end up reaching last stage of brain tumor without having any symptoms before. Brain tumor, in many cases, may be diagnosed at advanced stage but last stage?? that is an iffy for me.

I don't know if Smiley is a temporary character or a replacement for Toasty. Hoping the former is true.
