will Anjlai go alone for check up and shyam there to meet her , she will be emotional that he is really father and her loving husband , he cares for her and baby,

At home Arnav busy in khushi .

the next day Anjali says Shyam still love me more as he was there in hospital etc

Arnav will be embarrassed that he was busy in Khushi he didnot remember Anjali appointment , he may call Shyam for her sake
