Why did Bouquet letter said AAP versus Tum????

Guys, did you notice in the letter sent along with red roses, it mentioned as AAPke chehrepe muskurahat...versus tumhare chehrepe muskurahat. If this note was intended to Khushi from Arnav, why did he address her as AAP which he never did in the past?

Somehow I felt this as blooper to fit Anjali's assumption of Shyam as sender.

you are correct...the note was written in a way so that Anjali could mistake it being from Shyam...

Since I speak "hinglish" - may I ask, what is the difference? What does "aap" signify and what does "tum" signify? Don't they both mean "you/your"?

aap is more formal and tum is casual

note is not written by Arnav. he orderd online...he might have given note in English..when bouquet valo ne note mein dalatho they just translated and put it😆

this is just my thought...😆
