Loved that you brought back Khushi's realization poem, Sari...my favourite😊 Joe, loved what you said about ODB...so true.

Coming to the epi itself, is it any surprise that I liked it??😊 Yes, Khushi is assuming all the blame and decided to walk away...but why is that a surprise? She is after all Khushi...the girl who, from the start of the show, has always sacrificed herself for the ones she loves. No price is too high for her to pay, when it comes to the ones she loves. That does not make her a doormat(😲)...it makes her Khushi. Remember when she was blasted and insulted by Arnav in GH, when she was in need of money...and how he threw the money on the table and left...she still took it, because it was needed for her Babuji...

Or how, as Sari said, she agreed to the marriage, just for her Jiji. Or how she played with the Devil, just so she could get precious information that could lead her to Arnav, when he was kidnapped. She is willing to go to any extent to see those she loves, happy.

She does say that she is doing this for Anjali, and maybe in small part she is for there is a very real connection that she has established with nearly all the RM inhabitants...but IMHO, it is really the love she has seen between Arnav and Anjali that is the real driver...she knows the extent of Arnav's love for his sister and she does not want to jeopardise that at any cost...

This overriding concern for Arnav-Anjali relationship was what had stopped her from confessing Shyam's truth to Arnav that day by the poolside...when she first found out Shyam's con. She cried on his shoulder and was about to tell him, but then recalled the brother-sister bond and kept quiet...even though she was breaking inside with hurt and pain.

She loves Arnav completely and does not want him in a position where he would be torn between her and his sister. This is probably not a magnamous view that any of us would take, if we were in her shoes...but that is why we are not Khushi. She always comes last with herself...

OK, rant over...😃

Loved the return of the Guptas👏⭐️...Buaji was as always spectacular...and the underlying love for Khushi was so apparent in her words...and best of all, Babuji was back👏...looking better than ever...the stuffed cotton was gone ...dare we hope that he is about to get all his faculties back soon and recite those chapters of Shyam's villainy that only he knows about? Happy thought...😊

The less said about Akash, the better. The twit...😡

Payal's hug was telling...so was the instant of almost terror on Khushi's face when she was watcching Anjali from behind the pillar and first felt a hand on her shoulder. To me it was brilliant touch to show just how much she is affected by the charge that she is responsible for Anjali's misery.😭

Another point to be noted:Both Nani and Akaash called her Khushi instead of Khushi Bitiya and Khushiji, respectively.

But the biggest sense that I got out of the epi was Revenge of the M&B's...as in Mills&Boon's 😃 Arnav's kaya palat, from loverboy to jerk, the contract marriage nonsense...all reminded me of the quientiessential M&B, where the TDH hero would always be head over heels in love with the heroine, but would not let it on till the last couple of pages. He would rave and rant and jerk her around, (with some making out sessions thrown in for good measure, of course)...while in reality, be fathoms deep in love with her. I think we might see a lot of this happening in the next few weeks...he would still maintain the ASR persona, but would be doing all these sweet things for her...

Can't wait for the ME...😃

Hello ladies,

Here we go again... Bechaara Arnie kaha phus gaya. Yesterday he was running after his Di and today it was Khushi. HIs fear of loosing his loved ones and running after them ek din usko paagal kar ke chode ga. 😊 Didi ki saut continues to be the theme.

I was not surprised that Khushi did not have an angry reaction to his remarks. She has accepted the shaitaan and the rajkumar. In her mind she is married to him for better or for worse till the time he bought up the contract ( By the way how much time remains on the contract , any clue ? ) With all their telpathic chats and face reading how come they still cannot figure out when an empty threat is being made ? I was surprised by the no. of apolgies made by Arnie to her today and his vow to "win her again " . I did not get the "again " part ..wonder when was the last time Arnie did that !!!

Overall a good episode . My additional comments .

1. Aakash / Askhay .( Note I have not mentioned PayAsh ) After a year of watching this actor & character I have come to the conclusion that he is the weaker actor of the two. I have NOT liked him a single track ( maybe the 1 episode of bromance ) despite several oppertunities. He does not invoke any reaction from me what so ever. In contrast Deepali / Payal does well singularly and with her sis etc. I just have no patience for these two together.

2. Anji : I am still sympathetic towards her. She is still in shock and no one but Shyam's return and the revealation of his true colours will change her mind. In the meantime be ready for a depressed women in good sarees and no baby bump.

3. What is with Khushi's wardrobe ? I like her night clothes better than her day ones ? What is this design of a velvet bodice with contrasting flowing kameez and further contrasing dupatta ? Is this the latest trend in my homeland . Gosh I am out of touch i must say.

4. Looking forward to the ME . Please Arnie no mushy b'day celebrations - I would not mind a private one but now that you have NK involved I am a little worried. Go Arnie Win your Lady Love over , show her what she deserves Your RTR countdown begins NOW.

Sari: I love what you said about the star scene where its as if he made a promise to their parents. Didn't think of it like that

Sri: Khushi had to cut in, she knew where he was going and she couldn't have that distract her from her mission. Khushi had to walk away but Arnav would not let her. Arnav would rather have her think the worst of him than see her walk away but the pain is too much and now he wants to win her back. Arnav will make her smile again and will stand by her no matter what.

Vee: Akash was unbelievable today, if there was any doubt where he stood today he made it clear he is in the lets make Khushi the scapegoat club. Hypocrites is the perfect word when it comes to the Raizadas. I felt so bad for Payal, fortunately she did get to see Khushi. That hug was needed for both who are each going through their own personal hell

I would not mind the storyline with Anjali so much had it not been for the Raizadas. This desire to keep her bubble intact while Arnav and Khushi live their lives on pins and needles irritates me to no end and I now join you and Riya in your thoughts about Anjali!!

@ratna, I am with you on Khushi;s wardrobe. Utter eye sores. The velvet, the tent and the colors ... all wrong. I don't know if it is her or her stylist.But the night wardrobe should be her day wardrobe. The anarkali's are just not right on her thin frame.

@Sari, Awesome post as usual. Khushi's self sacrificial mode was annoying as heck. I was glad Arnie pulled the contract marriage again to pull her out of that mode...

@Joey, loved your thoughts today. Had loved your shayari yesterday too. Especially liked your note about what about me? from ASR...

Sari- thanks for the hangout, brilliant post and you've nailed it beautifully. The ajeeb rishtey confession was the reason Khushi is all forgiving.

I like how you linked the parents with Arnavs promise.👏

Savvy - Clearly Arnie would rather have a hurt khushi with him but he cannot stand separation of any kind.

Vee - Love your songs. And yes the Raizadas are useless. Hovering around Di for nothing...🤢

Mandy - GH is such a colourful contrast to RM. No wonder Arnie is at home there. excited to see what he has planned. Must be something massive considering we have got no hint whatsoever, no spoiler or anything. The PH has it under lock and Key...😉

Joey - love your rendition of ASR went up a hill. How do think this stuff?😆

Veeps - Amen at the 8/10/15 weeks.

I've noticed also, how come Arnie looks so different at GH. Hawa mai kuch hai kya??😲

I think ASR was like this - Shaithan/Rajkumar combination in his previous janam also. Due to his good deeds being Rajkumar he got his Khushi and due to his bad deeds being Shaitan he got his Di 🤣

I am not bashing Anjali's character. I understand that every one can not be as strong as Khushi and also I don't expect her to be cheerful soon. Not being with the husband is a big thing for any woman and specially for women like Anjali who doesn't have a career/life outside. My full sympathy to her current situation.

But my main problem is her interfering nature in her brother's married life. This is something no woman (other than Khushi) can take. It is disgusting. All the time barging in their room even with good intention looks too immature. She is the only one who does this. None of the other ASR/Akash/Khushi/Payal interfere in their sibling's married life. It just shows her insecurity about her relation with her brother after his marriage. She has shown it many times. Even during a festival, when mami told that ASR can leave his happiness ("Khushi") for Anjali's happiness, she stood there happily grinning. Which sister wants her brother to leave his happiness for her sake? And also it is an insult to her husband who was standing behind her 😆

I don't know what did DB negotiated with the PH. Today, I laughed a lot hearing the background music played when she was heating the milk in the kitchen. May be they have promised that her character will be shown strong in future.

Initially I was disappointed when the episode started. Felt that Khushi has joined other SP bahus group. But later realized the credit goes to ASR for joining this bubbly girl to that group. Hope he will be able to bring her back.
