Chapter 34
Arnav went inside his room to take shower. Warm water rolled down his petite physic while his brain was working on his next dangerous move towards khushi.
He knew what he was getting in. It was indeed the most difficult move. Either this will make their relationship or break it forever. But he was optimistic. No girl, in fact no damn girl can bear her husband in someone elses arms, giving importance to another female infront of hers. The plan was indeed nasty but it was the only way to break her silence and accept him infront of the entire world if she loves him.
This would be my last attempt in this relationship khushi, after this i am never going to do anything. You need to realise how much you longed for me. How much you want me with you. i know you do, but you need to show it at times.
He closed the tap and dried himself with the towel. Before exiting the bathroom he uttered I love you khushi, i really do, please forgive me for this.
It was hard really hard for him. but he wants his khushi back and only according to his wish, but khushi sould come to him whole heartedly.
He dailed Anjali's no.
Arnav: Hi! Di
Anji: Chotey! Is everything fine? you sound down.
Arnav: Yap bhabs, bhabs its time now to move ahead.
Anji: What do you mean?...paused...Are...are you sure (she asked in a trembled manner)
Arnav: Exhaling he said, my last attempt Bhabs.
Anji: What if?
Arnav: I am scared Bhabs
Anji: Chotey, think about it.
Arnav finally gather all his courage and said, lets do it bhabs.
Anji: Did you speak to her?
Anrav: Ya bhabs, initially she was mad at me.
Anji: I am sure anybody will be
Arnav: Bhabs, i hope everything falls in place how it is planned.
Anji: It will, i know how much you guys love each other.
Arnav: She loves me a lot bhabs, i know, just that she is not able to convince herself. she is scared.
Anji: Should i talk to her?
Arnav: no bhabs, i know she is holding back for your reaction. but at the same time i cannot accept her this way. she needs to tell this to you herself.
Anji: Arnav, it think you are being difficult with her.
Arnav: No bhabs, i am not. She was mine, she is mine and she will be mine no matter what decision she takes.
Anji: And Lovelin?
Arnav: bubbly is fine. She is in. Just a phone call away. I am really blessed to have her as my friend bhabs.
Anji: God bless her.
Arnav felt a lump on her throat: Bhabs i just hope i can deny khushi today in the breakfast table. She didnot sleep the whole night and still she managed to cook food for me.
Anji: chotey, more than her, it will be you who will be hurt.

Khushi was preparing the breakfast table for everyone in the house when anjali and abhaye greeted her.
Khushi quickly served both of them and was about to flip arnav's plate when he saw him hopping down the stairs, looking stunning in white shirt and grey trouser with waist coat. Her surroundings god blured except the man of her life, the man she thoguht, the man from whom she is breadthing, the man of her exsistance, if he wasnot been in her life then she would have preffered to die but it was only him from whom she is alive today, she wants to live today to spend her entire life with him.
She didnot know how long she started at him, the time she realised he stood infornt of her. She flinched and moved back a little.
Arnav still looking at her with a straight face.
Khushi: Arrr...nav! Breakfast?
Arnav: Di, i am getting late, will pick up something from the raod. (his heart sank, his fingers fisted, but his eyes darting into hers)
Khushi heart skipped a bit, she exhaled the breadth she holded.
Arnav turned to go, when she put her hands on his shoulder to stop him.
Arnav had his bac towards khushi, he closed his eyes...opened again and turned towards her.
He could feel that any moment her eyes will well up.
Khushi: Kuch to...
Arnav: Thanks khushi, but i am really getting late.
Khushi: Should i pack something?
Arnav: No...thanks anyways...he couldnot wait anymore, if he would have then he know he would have broke apart and hugged her tightly in his arms.
Arnav stormed outside the house, raced his car and drove off leaving khushi in a terrible state.
Abhaye: Yeh arnav ko ho kya gaya hai? he slammed the napkin and walked out of the dining table.
Anji totally felt helpless.
Khushi ran to the kitchen crying madly picked up everything that she cocked and threw it in the dustbin.
Anji: Khushi!!! she came running towards her and try to hold her.
But she jerked her hands and continued to ruin her food.
Anji: Khushi! Stop it.
Khushi: Nahi Di, i just cant take his ignorance any more. It hurts DI...It really hurts. She hugged anjali and cried bitterly.
Anji concoling her running her fingers inbetween her hair. Khushi! Chottey ke saath kuch?...did he say something to you?
Khushi griping her shoulder...Di woh to mujse kuch bolta hi nahi, it looks like i dont exsist for him.
Anji: Kya? cupping her face.
Khushi holding her palm which cupped her face...haan DI! He didnt speak to me since he has come.
Anji: aur tum?
Khushi looked down and nodded no.
Anji: Kyun?
Khushi kept quiet.
Anji: tum doston ke beech yeh ego kahan se agaya hai khushi?
Khushi remained quiet.
Anji: Did you tell him that you made breakfast for him?
Khushi looked up to anjali and nodded no again.
Anji: Wait! i will talk to chotey, how can he behave like this with you?
Khushi held her hand to stop her.
Khushi: No di, please aap ussey kuch mat kahiye.
Anji: Then promise me that you will talk to him.
Khushi: Di!
Anji: Khushi i dont know what is the matter between both of you, but dont spoil this friendship.
Khushi closed her eyes and told to herself (he is my husband di and i am his...she chocked...his ungrateful wife)
