How far would you go to gain sympathy?
I wonder... Is Rashi right in listening to this stupid idea of her mother's? What will she gain from all this? Pity? Attention? Does that justify what is going to be a horrible lie from her?
Don't ask me if any of her actions are justified... I would say no most of the times. But I also know quite a few out there would say yes and she is justified. So this post is just to understand if this is not the limit to what she does to get a spot of attention..
The tag of not being able to bear a child is just so difficult to come to terms with for anyone.. Today when I heard Urmi (She is just .š¤¢š”.) and then Rashi happily agreeing to her and putting her plan in action, I was really sad.
I dislike Rashi as a character. Rucha indeed is praiseworthy in bringing out Rashi's faults to the core.
But today, I just felt sad at her actions. And to what? Gain something that is not even going to last long. How long does Rashi think the Modi's will pity her? A few days... What after that? What makes it more difficult to digest is the act before God. Why Rashi?
So to make myself optimistic here are some predictions to this stupid plan of UrShi. All leads to Rashi's repentance..š See I am still hoping that will happen some day.
1. On one hand, Rashi's act may turn out true and she may realize in time that she cannot actually get pregnant. Lots of drama then if this happens and there is a big opening for Rashi to repent her actions then.
2. The plan backfires immediately. Hetal does a volte face and tells Jigar to remarry as Rashi cannot become pregnant. Not that this would happen but what the heck, it is a serial.š Then Rashi repents and sees the result of her actions..
3. Rashi first pretends to be not pregnant, then as the plan unravels, pretends to be pregnant and gets caught.. Repentance after this hopefully?
What else do you guys think may happen?
I hope that at least after this plan backfires,in whatever way the CVs think it should, they show Rashi repenting.. It is just high time!!
