That YC film is being shot abroad so it seems like Yash Chopra has worked her accent into the film. How is Katrina going to pass off as a Gujju Nandini in a SLB film with her accent?

If someone casts Katrina that does not mean they are only chasing box office success. Yash chopra has worked with the likes of Rekha, Sri devi, madhuri, preity and rani. He could have chosen anyone from Sonam, deepika, kareena, pc and many others for his movie but he chose Katrina. A leading lady in any movie directed by Yash chopra is required to act, Rani did have a stronger role in Veer zaara but Preity had a great role in VZ as well and Madhuri and Karishma both won best actress and best supporting actress respectively for Dil to pagal hai.

I don't know why Kat is always being dismissed...Ash is not the best actress in the world either...

When it comes to grace and elegance...Kat has plenty...

As a matter of fact...she would look outstanding as Juliet...

As someone already mentioned...she was mindblowing in HKDKG with Akshay...soft...graceful...elegant...they both convey the mushy...eternal love to perfection...

And I'm sure that SLB can even exploit that side of her to the max...as he's a very artistic director...

So I would not dismiss her for that role...

If Kat wants that role...I suggest she gives him a special screening of HKDKG...and the role would be hers...

Yash Chopra only makes film's with the top actress of that time. In this case its Katrina. Kat isn't as bad as people make her out to be anymore. She was completely natural in ZNMD.

Jeez...put any bimbo in that Kareena role in RL and it should be okay. Majority of the actresses in Bollywood are nothing but sex symbol. Their role in a movie is thumke lago and look good.

There are no more actress of Rekhas/Sridevis/Madhuri Dixits/Kajol/Koiralas/Rani Mukherjees caliber in Bollywood.

I think babies are on the way for Kareena after October marriage. Saif and Kareena were in a live in relationship. No reason to marry unless they want to start producing babies. Home production Coming Soon.😆

PC and Vidya Balan will be the only remaining good actress in BW after October.
