@Sungum: In the end, I think it all comes down to choice. There are some women who, for various reasons would prefer not to work, and I think the point Indu and I were trying to make there, and the reason I brought up that clip was that this choice and the work of such women, at home should not be discredited, nor should they be considered automatically less intelligent for making that choice or even having it thrust upon them. There is no harder or more thankless job than being a housewife and in return society should not be maligning these women and making the assumption that working is somehow a step up from staying at home. They are both choices and better or worse depends entirely on the scenario.
@Red: Like I said, I think Pankaj would make a fine leader, only none too different from SP. There is no doubt that SP is a good leader, but he is falling out of step with his children as time goes by. I guess we will have to see where Pankaj's character goes from here because he has not been explored in too much depth. Both of our opinions I guess are coloured by our respective experience (or lack thereof) and so now that I read your comments, I find them very convincing, but I also am not ready to let go of the negative tensions I sense in Pankaj's character. So let the story unfold, I guess.
I finally watched the promo on TV and it was gorgeous! š I am so happy to be watching PV on TV for the first time in weeks!
