I think Bua will overhear Aarthi telling someone (pratik or vidhi or both).she will hear Aarthi saying she does love Yash and she will tell Yash that she is happy that he loves Aarthi and she knows Aarthi loves him and yash could get angey and maybe distance himself from er and then maybe realize his feelings(maybe with help from Pratik) for Aarthi..
