Even from the first day I was thinking he is not in the car and someone else was driving.
Even now I think he was not the one who was driving.
About him and Bittuji not saying anything, I don't think RK is a person who would want to justify anything to anyone in his defense. So he didn't say it was him nor it was not him.

oh maybe it is true maybe he was not driving the car maybe its someone else who is driving his car and maybe he don't want to defence his self becuz he don't care or or or maybe the driver was someone close to RK so that RK is trying to save him or maybe thats not at all the story rk is the driver
