Ahem and love: being connected

This boon in the form of a puppy had metamorphosed Ahem within 24 hours from a man who wanted his wife to understand his reasons to one who was behaving as a father already. It took Ahem's secretary again to resonate wise words of wisdom, making him realise his ability.

The purpose of Jugnu, as Ahem named the puppy with so much of love oozing in his tone and himself, brought Gopi to Ahem closer. Both suddenly had a reason to talk to each other, resulting in them forgoing their shyness and other inhibitions for the love and care of Jugnu.

They reflected their love and nurturing side surprising each other in their wake. Whether it was while bathing it to talking about it over the phone, their feelings swelled with elation, calmness and satisfaction as both were sharing and taking care of Jugnu. Their incomplete sentences were well understood by the other as though they had been doing this for a long time. Even when panic set in, Ahem was instant in his action of leaving office at once to return home and search.

Whilst articles and the promo show and tell of the worst occurrence ever to happen to Ahem and Gopi, having now reached this stage in their relationship, for Ahem this is his realisation of his ability to become a father whilst with Gopi, yet again she is putting herself in harms way for something else.

Who is to be blamed in all of this? Is it Ahem ... who had brought in a stray puppy into his life and benefiting out of it? Will he deem this to be ill fated? Will it be Kokila for creating this rift between Ahem and Gopi? Will she reconsider her punishment and give into to he son's grief? Or is it Gopi ... for being brave yet not listening to Ahem's advice? Will Kokila blame her for not being careful with herself? Perhaps Rashi will carry a guilt now?

What do you say?

Great analysis Swasthi.

Looks like the puppy started out a blessing but is about to become a bane for Ahem and Gopi both.

The puppy had just brought Gopi and Ahem back to a comfortable level and Ahem was just starting to realize that he really does want his baby, and really wants to be a dad, but this latest incident is about to make him realize just what he could lose or have already lost.

They say somethings are predestined and no matter how much we try to avoid something, it will not change the outcome, it may delay it, but what is meant to be will take place as it is meant to be.

Once again, there is no one person who can be blamed for what will happen. Everyone you mentioned had part in the tragedy that took place, but Gopi acted without thinking in the end, so what is the use of blaming others who contributed to this tragedy.

Side note: Nazim was outstanding in each scene.👏

Hi Swasthi, Im gonna have a go at answering your questions below!

"Who is to be blamed in all of this? Is it Ahem ... who had brought in a stray puppy into his life and benefiting out of it? Will he deem this to be ill fated? Will it be Kokila for creating this rift between Ahem and Gopi? Will she reconsider her punishment and give into to he son's grief? Or is it Gopi ... for being brave yet not listening to Ahem's advice? Will Kokila blame her for not being careful with herself? Perhaps Rashi will carry a guilt now?"

It's hard to blame anyone, but I kind of felt that if Kokila had not been so adamant and so stubborn, the pair would not have felt the need to hide the puppy in the first place and it would not have ended up in the road. But even then this blaming is futile!

I read in another post, that someone had written that Gopi dies and Rashi looks after the child and her own child. Just like the metaphoricial child/the puppy, she would easily abandon it, discard and leave it for the harsh dangers of the streets! I doubt that Gopi is going to die, but what is becoming of the show? I just don't get it? There never seems to be a balance in the show. And to add to this point, Kokila will definately blame Gopi, just because its Saathiya after all.

Beautiful Analysis Swasthi...

Gohem scene was adorable with the way they were both showing so much care and affection to the puppy...very symbolic of how they are going to take care of their future baby that is about to arrive in the world..
Gopi is observing this new change in Ahem and is providing a positive effect on her towards her reactions to him now...

The office scene was again a reminder to Ahem of how is he proving to hold the qualities of a father by his office assistant...Such simple words spoken to him, but a profound impact indeed..

The puppy was the star of the show today...👏 He is bringing out the much needed changes we need to see in Ahem and Gopi towards their relationship..

The road scene...very indicative of how Gopi would react as a mother to her own child, running to protect the puppy as if it was her own child without any care for herself...

Let's see what happens on Monday...Thanks Swasthi.

Thanks Swasthi for the fantastic analyis!!
Gohem scene and phone conversation was really cute. Ahem is affected by Gopi's presence and he was trying to share jugnu with her even over phone. Did he get emotional at the end?
About the accident - I would not go into whom to blame. It would be tough on Gohem - both would also carry a guilt and Koki would surely rub that in. Maybe this time, Gohem would learn to share their feelings and pain with each other. What do you say?

Great post Swasthi and Shilpa. We just hope for the nothing too drastic will occur and at least we have some more Gohem scenes, without interfering mother-in-law.
