I dont think she will confess but she will probably go and hug Yash the moment she sees him. Her actions will convey that she loves him and ofcourse she will fall sick and he will take care of her... and will start developing feelings for her and then will start her exhusband return track...
But some how I feel the story is chabging too soon and there was no need for Neha Sargam track...
