RUCHA & VISHAL

The biggest change I want to see is the full utilization of Rucha & Vishal's talent. I've been saying for a long time that they are under utilized and it's a waste of good talent. They should have been the leads of this show because not only do they look good together but they have great chemistry on screen. They have always looked like a married couple, even without the SR. GoHem has always been an awkward couple. They never seem to fit. It's like older man and teenager. Just too much discrepancy. I see it as a casting problem from the beginning.

AHEM & GOPI

CVs have never made Ahem into a likable character for me and after a year of his verbal & physical abuse I have yet to see him say he's sorry for all he's done. They instead made Gopi's character like Mother Teresa who bears it all. No one is like that, they could have at least made it somewhat realistic. She has always been made out to be stupid, they had her being scared when Rashi played the jokes with ghosts and the many kalkaries she has fallen for. It's all very insulting to the character & women. No one is that gullible. In two years could they not have shown growth in her character? Today she is the same as she was 2 yrs ago, why do I say this? Because she is still a pawn in the hands of Koki just as she was the day she was chosen for Ahem. All she does is look to her MIL for approval before she does anything and is a perpetual servant to her husband.

Actors critique

Nazim has gotten a lot better from when he started but he still needs to work on his expressions. Having tears in your eyes is not the only way to show you're sad, but he has come a long way.

Giaa - I think one of the main things that affected her expressions was the clown make-up they packed on her face, especially the horrendous lipstick. She constantly needed to look unhappy and cry and she has a small face. Highlighting her lips the way they did ruined her face when she made the cry face and the sad expressions, which occurred many times over the course of an episode. Sometimes all you could notice was her mouth. Very silly of the director to not notice & fix this. Towards the end there the make-up got better and her acting also improved so every sad face did not make me cringe.

Dev - could they have gotten someone better suited for this role? Yes, but I think they were short on time. Again a casting problem. I cannot critique her acting as I haven't watched much of her since she came on board. At the beginning she was doing Giaa being Gopi, but of late, from what little I've seen, she seems to be trying to find herself in the role. The face is still taking me time to get used to, but that's just me.

KOKI

She has always been a character I have a love/hate relationship with, of late it's been more hate. No real character change, still a dominant female who likes to control everything and everyone. They could have shown her softening to be more likable but instead she just seems more jaded and angry. The way she treats her husband is probably why her son has modeled himself after her and treats his wife that way. He learnt from mommy how to bully weaker people.

Frankly, the show has become boring to me.

AHEM aka M.NAZIM
A good looking man with wonderful body, agreed. His dialogue delivery still reminds me that he is born and bought up in Punjab and is a hardcore punjabi munda. Nazim you still gotta work on your accent sweetheart, having good face and body wont help you much (though, i drool over it 😉) your acting has improved, its way way better then from where you have started. But still you need to work on your expressions and accent.


VISHAL aka JIGAR
Another good looking boy, with a boy next door image. Which girl would say no to such a sweety pie. But, its really sad that the Cvs havent used his talent to the par of which they actuially should ahve used. Vishal, seems to be a waste in the show, nothing less then a junior artist. An equal amount of screen space is and was required for this sweety pie. but, he is used only for the promotions of teh show. Jigar needs a better story line too, at times he seems to be the male Gopi of the show and a great follower of the line "JA VA DE NE DIKRA" 🤢 . Vishals acting is good, has no accent issues, a leaned body suiting his personality, but your dressing at times ( no, many a times is like ) .


GIAA MANEK aka Ex-Gopi
Well, she was just perfect. Had the perfect charm, aura et all to play, certainly. But, she was under layers and layers and layers of make up for the character, which was actually not required. Natural make up would have been perfect for her, with nude shades of lipstick, rather then those loud red colored lipsticks, with baby pink colored rosh around her cheeks. Giaas nail paint could have been transparent because her nails are short, rather then that foolish red colored one which was like 🤔. Giaa, could have been given sarees which would suited her, (am personally bad with sarees, so wouldnt say anything further) But, still I liked her acting as Gopi.


DEVOLEENA aka NEW GOPI
Well, i saw the initial episodes, and was and still of the opinion that Gopis role not made for her at all. Dev, am not bashing her. I saw her DID2 auditions, wonderful dancer with even more beautiful expressions loved it, btw i loved the you screamed too 😆 I caught up with some of her videos of her previous show on you tube, her character there was of a vibrant and out going girl, must say she played that brilliantly and magnificently well, loved Dev there. But, when I see her as Gopi, all I feel is that poor girl has got trapped playing Gopi, which is contradict to her personal life and previous show character. A vivacious, out going, vibrant character is what made for you, not someone who is subtle, calm, patient, shy, timid, coy et all. There is absolute no harm in trying out dear, all i can say is All the Best to you. 👍🏼


RUCHA aka RASHI
Hate her ... love her, but you cant certainly avoid her. What a brilliant actress, playing a complex character like Rashi so magnificently well. A little mean, a little jealous, a little nice, a little caring; pretty relaistic character. Sad CVs you'l dint use Ruchas acting abilities for the benefits. Despite of having wonderful talent she has been wasted and used only for KKs, a better story line for her would have been appreciated. Rucha and her expression, what to say??? Its just the very best. Love you Rucha. 👏


RUPAL PATELji aka KOKILA MODI
Rupalji, am bowled over your acting. You have played the character to its best. But, a little less make up, rather a more subtle one and less loud colored sarees would have been wonderful. i wouldnt comment much on her, because am nothing to comment on her acting abilities. Rupalji,, love you as Kokila Modi. ⭐️


SWATI SHAH aka HETAL MODI
what to write about her now??? Well, a wonderful actress who is just used to say "ja va de ne dikra or ja va de ne kokila, bachha hai". Her gone down the drain again. 🤢


PARAG and CHIRAG
Absent always, so cant comment on any of their acting abilities.



RELATIONSHIP TIPS
Gopi - Ahem
Ahem, i find him very weird as a character. as in he has put his better half through several trial and tribulations, hurted her immensely and abused her, raised his hand on her. But, still was forgiven for all his deeds, repentance wasnt needed at all?? If there would have been a repentance track am damn sure M.Nazim acting abilities would have outshined, but nothing happened of this sort. Really sad.

Gopi, i find her character very unrealistic. Yes, only a fictional character acn be like her. I find Gopi with laxck of self respect. Despite of going through all kind of ups and downs she can easily forget and forgive people around her, strange! Mother Teresa of 21st century for sure.

Despite being married to each other, communication gap is their biggest and worst drawback. Either ahem is on his lappy or Gopi is doing some or the other house hold work. as a couple, absolute no chance of privacy.

RASHI - JIGAR
Jigar, the male MOTHER TERESA or the male Gopi of the show. Despite, being a perfect hubby he is always looked down upon by his wife.

Rashi, a realistic character, agreed. But, why does she hate her hubby so much??? She married him without any pressure, so why always look down upon him???


Kokila - Parag
Who is the hubby here??? Koki or Parag?? If your hubby is intersted in Arts and not family business, he cant be looked down like this. I hate Koki, when she always compares Chirag with Parag. A reality check is needed for Koki and that too big time. Money isnt everything, its there today might not be there tomorrow.
Even if Parag would have published the books of his poems, am damn sure he must have earned reasonably well. After we humans want do waqt ki roti, isnt it?? Sad Koki, you could never understand your hubby.
Understanding is missing a big time in KoRags relationship.👎🏼

HETAL - CHIRAG
Suit each other well. Understanding hai, care for each other. never tried to prove who is having the upper hand on their relationship. I respect this relationship. 😊



ACCEPTING DEV AS GOPI
Well, i believe better introduction track for would have been better for her and Giaas fans too. RS and her team were too horrible with sacking Giaa from the show 😡
In the maha episode, where Giaa as Gopi plunges into the fire to save a hurted and unconscious Ahem. I would have preferred, if Giaa was in the kitchen, Ahem trying to save. But, damage was already to her face. Plastic surgery would be needed and we would have seen Dev as Gopi. Directly, hopping on to get Dev as Gopi and making her preggie wasnt a good idea. The team could have come up with her and Naaz chemistry better with another Gopi bed ridden track and Ahem doing her seva.
Personally, SP and PH chose a wrong person to play Gopi. A better person to do the role would have been justified.




With this, I end my rant. Sorry for such a long post.
