i guess it wasnt just ONE thing...her looks might have attracted him towards her, but her selflessness and care towards everyone around her and just her nature/personality might have done the trick

There was no reason, because both fell in love against all odds. Remember Arnav had Lavanya and a life which was set as his thinking and he had class and all and Still he remembered Khushi and each and every moment with her.Be that from the first fall from the stage, That is big considering ASR did not remember most people the second time. Finally he shared his inner secrets to Khushi from the very first meeting. When Khushi asked him what would he do if some one told him about his sister bad things what he would do. Then the fact that he did not believe in God and her say in second.

I doubt it is her beauty. I mean Sanaya is very beautiful, however in that position you see beautiful women every single day and they do not even leave a dent.

I think the ability that SHE fights bac .. like normally ppl r scared frm THE MIGHTY ASR ! but she stands out of that category !

for me i think that Arnav fell her never back down spirit. her innocence and zest for life, the way she didnt giveup just because life become tought. she smiled in the face of adversety. her refusel to give up, Khushi is a fighter and in that she is like Arnav. she may seem like a damsel in distress, but she can hold her own. the fact that she is ablolute beautiful and he cant seem to take his eyes of her is a big plus point.

she is sunshine to his dark and gloom. she is everything she he is not and yet she is just like him in spirit.

in the kidnapping track we saw Arnav never back down, never give up fighting spirit. he gave the goons more then he got. they were terified of him. and this is where Khushi and Arnav are alike.

if he is the brain, she is the heart. if he is the strength, she is courage, if he is patience she is spirit.

Khushi love for her family and his. the way she instently became one of theirs, how she brought laughter and joy to his family. her love for everyone, her inate kindness for all.

Arnav could not help but fall in love with her. she is like a butterfly he wants to protect. but seeing her prancing around brings a smile to him face and lightens his heart. he cant bare to see her sad or crying.

oh i could go on and on. but Khushi is Khushi and Arnav was a goner the moment he set eyes on her. he never stood a chance.

I think it was her beauty at first. She is extremely beautiful and ASR is completely bowled by her beauty in the red saree scene...He couldn't stop thinking about her after that... then i suppose its the combination of everything...her innocence, her humour, and her ability to stand up to him and say no to him:)
