That was a fantastic episode. It's high time for this show to raise the drama quotient.
The story still dragged a little but that can be overlooked because of the fantastic actors who cover up for it.
Ms. Sanaya Irani:
The girl brought her A-game! ⭐️ I want to hug her for that because the confrontation scene wouldn't have the impact it did without her. She got it down perfectly!
Every accusation hurled at Shyam was done with the right amount of venom and confidence. I'm sure she has been waiting to do this since the day she found out his truth but kept it in all this time for the sake of other's happiness.
The way she tried to soothe and gently break the news to Anjali by taking her hands in her own, looking at her straight in the eye, trying desperately to get through to her somehow. It looked genuine to the core and was beautifully done.
She didn't get shook by the subtle accusations Mami ji and others threw at her. She was focused on the task at hand. She had to let it all out...just how dishonest, sick and dangerous Shyam is. The determination to expose Shyam was portrayed beautifully in her facial expressions and body language. 👏
I want to add something here. I love Sanaya's diction. She enunciates her words very well. I never have to go "huh, what did she just say"...when it comes to her dialogue delivery, there is no confusion. 👍🏼
And finally, the relief on her face when she saw NK walk in mirrored exactly how the audience felt seeing him walk in through the door, as our savior.
I love this actress, she absolutely killed it today. Muah!
Special shout-out to the other two lovely ladies of the show.
Daljeet: she portrayed exactly the right emotions for someone getting the biggest shocks of her life. One after another, it just kept coming at her. What else did you expect her to do? Back off bashers. She was perfect. 👏
Deepali: just because I feel like someone should mention her at least. 😛 I think tomorrow is going to be her day! We have waited for this day for 6 months.
The show needs to define women better especially when they have such lovely actresses. Today was a start but it needs to improve from here on. We need to see more of Payal standing up for Khushi. Other shows have saas-bahu fights. We don't want that but if there is a MU between Khushi and Anjali, it needs to be powerful and written very well so that the drama grips everyone. This is what we need for the TRPs to increase.
