My Doubts? Did any one feel the same?

1. After Rohit's Accident still the hotel people didn't get to know that Rohit was dead, after so many days they r cleaning the room, as Rohit is not a normal public, he is a son of a famous Lawyer Takral, the news wud hv com in newspapers also.
2. Why Kunal didn't informed police while he was doing investigaton that "Rohit was staying in that room" then they wud hav sealed all his things and he wud hav got some clues, like his mobile phone and the locket etc, usually this has to be done in the murder cases right..
3. As per Siddhi, she sees vikram's Locket in Rohit's bag, and she decides tht vikram wud hv been the third person who gave 'dakka' to Rohit, but after tht how the Locket came in Rohit's bag.
