They are using laptop, handicam and modern car...looks like they belong to this century. I mean may be year after 2000.

But how could they get so excited to see a Bedni Dance? An untrained dancer's dance?????😕😕
Don't they have TV at home???
Don't they never saw MTV or Channel V?
Don't they know about DID and JDJ and other shows like those?
To get chance on those shows ppl keya keya nehi kurbanai kr rahi hai.
A mom is sending her 3 year old kid to dance school.
Rajwares are also coming to cheer up their kids in their dancing competition.
In this stage...some Moma like Adi's Mom really belongs...How amazing. What an antique piece. Musium mein hona chahiye thi.

With that...Adi...lagta hai toh iss zamana ka hai. But khayal itnaaa purana?????
How did he studied with normal ppl. Coz he doesn't look like normal. Pagol ka school hoga shayad jahan woh educated baanna.

More than that...the villagers think its showing money if they have Rai dance in wedding. Agar pocket mein paisa hai toh...jaaa...SRK and Deepika ko boola.🥱

I felt more sorry for the antique Thakurs and their family members.Global technology ki jamana mein still living an antique life. Without Dish, cable and internet.Having fun with illiterate, uncultured, gawar bedinis????????.🤢

I understand what you are saying. But that is exactly the point of this story. Even with all modern technology, people's thinking does not change so easily. It will take time. And it will take courage on part of people like Vikram and Sugni to challenge old thoughts like bedni and thakur ka rishta and all.

Adi is young but still prejudiced whereas Vikram is older but seems more broadminded. I think as the story goes, we will see a change in Adi.

If you read stories of Khap Panchayats and rural panchayats what happens to intercaste marriages in small towns and rural areas you will understand sometimes the families living in big cities like Delhi also indulge in this if you read the news reports.and you will find broad minded people in all areas still their % is very less comparatively.
