The reason for this is because.. the whole kidnapping track was to show a CHANGE in the relationship betwenn ARHI.. A new level would be reached!... and that was TRUST. This was severlely lacking from arnav's side.
Therefore if Arnav saw Shyam today as the kidnapper.. wouldnt it defeat the whole NK and Khushi tricking shyam? what would be the point of all that if Arnav saw shaym himself?
- Trust will be shown from Arnav's side when Khushi herself will tell him AGAIN that shyam was the kidnapper.. remember she already told him on the phone but he didnt hear?
- the audience will then see Arnav listening to his heart and believing khushi's own words rather then seeing proof.. thus showing a change in thier realtionship..
- so be glad that arnav didnt see shyam today..
