my take on this situation

Swamni bua is a complex person the only reason she likes or liked Maanvi is because maanvi helped her get maya into virats life n then when virat dumped maya swamni started to accuse maanvi for the breakup, the only reason she now is tolerating maanvi is because of her cancer but otherwise she would not have anything to do with maanvi. Swamni is a selfish person, i would love chacha n dada ji to give her a bit of a lecture its time for her past to come out.

i think it will be maanvi who says to virat she has no right to love because god is playing with her life at this moment
