Rithvik Dhanjani, who essays the role of Arjun in Balaji Telefilms' Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV, feels that he would have been jobless if he had not chosen to become an actor.
"I decided to get into acting after I completed my BBA from the London University. I desperately wanted to be a part of this industry and that is why I chose not to pursue my MBA."
Talking about his interests, "Rithvik shares, "When I am not shooting, I love to be with my friends. I play my mouth organ and guitar. I have been learning body language and behaviour from Abhijeet da, who is my teacher and mentor because I believe that an actor needs to be equipped with all these essential qualities."
On his personal life, the actor quips, "I am very much single and committed to my career. I would want a girl who trusts me and understands me well. Also the girl has to be Indian at heart with family values intact."
Talking about his friends on the sets of Pavitra Rishta, he avers before signing off "I gel well and hang around with Purvi (Asha Negi), Ovi (Shruti Kanwar) and Pooni (Jia Mustafa)
