Vishakha getting too much - Page 2

well... i think vishakha is right... to some extent... maybe uske bolne ka tareeka galat ho... but usne jo kaha thats absolutely right... taani ki abhi tak unhone koi efficiency nahi dekhi... and jo bhi unhone dekha uske according taani is incapable of handling any responsibility... and taani left the team without informing... chalo taani ne vishakha ya baaki team members ko nahi bataya.. bcoz they have not fully accepted her... but atleast she could have told swayam or neha.. who have been so nice to her...
and according to today's scene... shareyam were discussing taani the new ags... she didn't know what are the situations!! so obviously she thinks they are imposinng taani on them just coz wo swayam ki bhen hai...
and here sharey are not wrong... but unhone bhi to nahi bataya why they are chosing taani as ags... and vishakha ne bhi nahi poocha...
and bechaara swayam usey to kuch pata hi nahi hota... seriously... this thing is hell irritating...
but i agree vishakha ko aise nahi sunana chahiye without getting the facts cleared... but shareyam ko bhi facts clear karne chahiye...
so i guess both are wrong .. but both are right too...
vish ka nature is always shown angry types.. so she just gets angry on small issues.. but this is not a small issue.. so i think explanations are needed from both sides...
vish too has to understand that ab kriya chali gayi hai.. they need someone to replace her.. but we are just replacing her in the team not in our hearts... and shareyam specially rey.. should not be hiding anything regaurding taani with the gang... so if he explains his actions.. no one will remain angry... as there will be no misunderstandings...
