The first marriage certificate will always be void if the singhs say we dont know who this woman is, our son's divorce from his first wife was finalized on this date ... and after that we have no knowledge of any re-marriage. if they want to live just like that in bombay, then i doubt it matters...but if she wants to stake her claim on the property or being haveli bahu, then there has to be a legal marriage certificate dated after jagya's divorce from his first wife.
