If and when the CVs let him recover...Khushi's father can provide the best proof about Shyam's kameenapan...attempt to murder is a serious charge...also don't forget, he had seen Anjali talking to Shyam at the temple and she too had glimpsed him then...now only if Anjali starts recollecting...and connecting the dots...
