I would love to watch Mona as Richa because she played the character very smoothly, didn't matter if it was the innocent side or the evil side of the character, she was fab and didn't overact at all but this new richa is overacting so much that i can't take it anymore. But i think this new richa has really evil face and suits in the only looks of the character. Mona vasu was absolutely more beautiful and looked way innocent than her. And ya, doesn't matter if Mona had extensions in her hair or a wig, she still looked gorgeous. So, I think in some aspect Sonia suits ok in the looks of evil side of character but m pretty sure she can't do the innocent side as she have gotten a hideous face (no offence but its true). Mona was way better than her and I would like to see her back.

I kind of like both as each has their own strengths. I have also made some suggestions for the CVs as there is always room for improvement:

1) Sonia can look more evil effortlessly as I have seen her in another serial. I can say that she can pull it off quiet easier than Mona.

2) Yes, Sonia does look more feminine than Mona but is as good looking . Mona looked better in western clothing than Sonia. I think the CV's need to find her the right kind of dresses that will suit her I didn't like the green dress that she wore on her first and second day. Maybe trousers and a nice top may work better as she is more taller than Mona. 😉

3) Mona seemed a lot more natural in her shouting and loud talking than Sonia. Sometimes I feel that Sonia is trying too hard to match Mona's voice level that she seems to be overdoing it in places. I think the CV's need to give her lines which will make her words flow easier and loud so that Sonia doesn't try to imitate Mona and works on what she can do best. They seem to be giving Sonia a lot of words in one frame that it gets confusing to understand what she is saying through all of the crying and anger she shows.😕

CV's need to find ways so that they can bring out Sonia's acting can beeming like bright light instead of a rumbling storm in a tea cup!

4) I think the CV's are over doing the use of glycerine. I think in the scene where she is talking to Kunal could have been done better. You could tell the Sonia has used glycerine way too much. OK if she needed to cry she could have done it once at the end instead of crying thoughout the scene into the next scene on the next day. I would have prefered that she didn't cry at all cos she really didn't need to. Maybe an evil look could have been better after she put Kunal's hand into Siddhi's.😭

Actually the only people that don't seem to be using glycerine is Siddhi and Kunal.😆

5) Overall both actresses are good if they are given the right things to work with. Both can utilse their skills well but it's the CV's and makeup artists that are letting Sonia down. The makeup is way over the top especially the eye makeup. Looks as if she's doing modelling than acting. There are pros and cons to every actor but the good acting skills can only be brought out when the CV's do their job right. Come on CV's pull up your socks!

Sonia Singh is the best among the best. Why r u ppl so rude and mean? Guys lets not forget that Sonia Singh has been nominated 3 times till now. First in Star PArivar Awards in KumKum as Antra' and 2 times in ITA Awards ( Indian Television Academy Awards ). Some ppl here need glasses(specs) as their eyesight is too weak. Ask anyone who is chubbier among the two. Sonia who is 26yrs of age is the hottest and best actress in tinsel town. Her face, jaw-line, eyes are angelic beauty. She can NOT even be compared to any actress as she is far more prettier than any actress. SHe is so very beautiful and feminine & excellent actress thats y she has survived till now. Sonia is Not like a Tom-Boy with Artificial Wigs and a Nose-Job to be done & Non-Feminine. Grow up ppl and start appreciating angelic beauty Sonia Singh with such a great talent. Dont be jealous and pass comments. You think u r more talented than those ppl who realised Sonia Singh's acting and Nominationed her in different Award Functions/Categories?

The new Richa is Fabulous. / cant even think comparing Sonia Singh with any other actor... Sonia is superb, most beautiful & talented actor... thats y i've been watching that she is contiously to be seen on screen all these years.. mona or tom-boy doesnt even look feminine and should try bagging a role in HaRRYPorter movie... mona will get a witch's role easily... big choking eyes, lumpy nose..funny hairstyles.. hahaha ;) mona is no match and shud go for plastic-surgery
