Sent a msg to Samir asking him if the cancer news was correct and he replied

"No cancer!! Just a little joke I played on a journalist not knowing he would take it seriously and use the footage 😃"

Feel sorry for all actors, they cant even joke around, kya pata kab kya likh de these jurno's😡 n bawal ho jaye😆 must be tough to be on your guard all the time.

The news is that Anand will be back and Kunal will have cancer. Once Anand is back Veena ma will ask Siddhi to marry Anand and Kunal will force Siddhi into marrying anand because of his cancer

Then in the last minute they will find that Anand is fake
