Why didn't shyamu do this?

Shyam ki baatein toh Shyam hi jaane. Actually, even he probably doesn't know. He is the world's most freakishly lucky villain. But now that his wife has been reunited with her brain, who knows what all tomorrow brings for the poor guy. Wait, did I just use Shyam and poor guy in the same sentence? Where is the logout button?

Why didn't he try to kill ASR and wait till all the properties are transferred to Mrs Anjali Tubelight Jha as per the normal WILL? Isn't easy for him to manipulate her and get the properties on his name later than transferring the WILL to his name directly without making people suspicious?

Now who will believe that ASR bequeathed all the money to his jee-jaa-ji? It will trigger suspicion towards shyam by default. Kya tubelight combo hai mia biwi?
