Ahem and love: hopelessness

Shock, pain, guilt and bargaining transpired with Ahem following the repercussions of his rage.

He brought himself down to a state of severe hopelessness. His heart could not accept his foolish behaviour, making him feel embarrassed for himself.

One thing for certain was that he was determined to find a way to bring back his Gopi to him. He attempted the idea mentioned by Jigar to talk to her.

He knew where to find her, talking and crying to her kanaji. He was distraught to see the state he had put her in. When he finally had blocked her path and got her to listen to him, the words that he wanted to say struggled to come out with any meaning.

When she walked away he wanted to stop her but was walled after seeing his mother looking on at him, leaving him with a sense of abandon hope of achieving his goal.

Would you want to be in Ahem's shoes?

Does he realise the gravity of the situation he has put himself in the eyes of his mother? She seeks justice. Parag agrees that his son was wrong but questions whether his wife's actions were justifiable.

Baa, the wise one in the family, thinks it is not right to separate a husband and his wife. She thinks that this could all be a misunderstanding.

Knowing his nature, does he deserve it?

Fantastic analysis Swasthi.

It seems Ahem still has few things to learn. Last time he said things out of anger it earned him few days of silence from his wife, but this time his sin is bigger.

Yes I understand his helplessness in not being able to voice his desire to spend time with his wife and coupled with few spoiled kids increased his frustration which mad him blow up, but he need to learn to control his anger.

This still goes back to fact that this is new for Ahem and in the past things have always been made easy for him by the people around him most especially his mom and Gopi, but he needs to learn to give as well as take.

He tried his best today, but it still won't be easy, the more he tries the harder it will get, and hopefully this will make him realize that he is not alone now, and his not only Koki's son now. He is now Gopi's husband and father to be and he needs to learn to curb his frustration and think before speaking.

I would not want to be in his shoes, but the truth of the matter is, this punishment was needed badly for Ahem, Gopi and their future, otherwise Gopi will continue to let Ahem take advantage of her and Ahem will keep taking Gopi for granted.

This time he will have to prove his love and his commitment to their marriage.

lovely analysis swasthi 👏...couldnt stop myself from adding a comment..
yes i think Ahem deserves this separation though it looks harsh..he needs to stop taking Gopi for granted. He loves her but doesnt think twice before hurting her in his anger...just because Gopi keeps forgiving him does not mean that he is allowed to do that..Koki has seen Gopi suffer from the beginning and her reaction is not just to this outburst but for all the unfairness that Ahem has knowingly or unkowingly dumped on her..as she told Gopi on Friday that she has suffered enough before taking her away from gohem room..she wants ahem to realize gopi's value and respect her as his wife and his child's mother

Great complementary comments made by you too Shilpa.

For sure, Ahem will have to prove his love and his commitment to Gopi. This is what makes this track very interesting and eager to watch.

Much appreciated Deepa.

Well said - Kokila doesn't want he son's hot and cold temperament any more. She has come to seek nothing less that total commitment from him.

This track is bound to bring new twists and turns only to make Ahem a stronger person and bolder in his love for his wife.

My pleasure Ashwin.

No doubt at the end of this track winner will take all. The journey of this will be sweet mixed with some sour to bring Ahem to win back both his loved ones.
