Hey that's what I thought CVs might do. Since Kunal confessed Thakral can say SINAL together conspired to murder Rohit, but seems like CVs plan to throw it all on Kunal 😕

Beside if both are charged & in jail who'll bail them out 😆

Jokes apart but even now they can work together. Just becasue Kunal is charged who says Siddhi has to do everything alone. Why can't both work together to tackle this mystery 50/50. All of us here want to see them work as a team.
Yes Siddhi would have to bail Kunal out on her own but then both work together. Not saying your idea is bad, I thought that is where the story might be headed; but don't need both to be charged for some team work.

But your idea is pretty good & I thought that's where CVs may be going. Oh well only if you've reminded them earlier 😆

On other note even now Thakral can do that. He can still say although Kunal murdered Rohit, Siddhi was part of conspiracy as she tried to cover it up by saying she drove the car. So still not late to remind CVs. May be that can Thakral's next trick 😉

I think CVs and Thakral lost a great chance to throw off-gaurd and suprise the viewers and Sinal. Parichay would have become very exciting and we would have waited with half breath to know what is comming next instead of complaining the CVs , gold medalist Kunal and nari shakti Siddhi...

Still Thakral can do anything. However if he charges only Kunal ,how is he going to prove Kunal Guilty ? with false witnesses and false proofs ? Oh come on , any experience lawyer can easily disect and prove any false witness wrong by asking a few questions while cross-examining . I would advise the CVs to read any of JOHN GRASIM's novel to see this or if they want to show an intelligent and logical show. I think thakral has got a weak case here. He has got only some non inclusive proofs,non reliable CCTV footage and some recordings of Siddhi giving treats . And now he is going to prove Kunal Guilty . Now doesn't he know that the judge is watching all of these, I mean is he going to prove kunal guilty with the same proofs,CCTV footage and some new witness ? Any judge would have seen easily that Thakral is just desperate father only. Suppose if Raj says 2mrow that he was driving car because Sinal had a fight and he drove the car to take his bahu to kapil's house , and that car is his only, and that Kunal gave wrong story to save him, will Thakral accuse Raj then? I think Kunal didn't need to do anything . Just relax and romance with his wife which he was doing . And prepare questions to counter the false witnesses. or if he found time just check what was Thakral doing which unfortunately he was not doing ...and now he is going to be in jail..

On the other hand if Thakral charges both Sinal or the whole of chopras family he has already got enough proofs( according to CVs) and the case will be strong as story will be convincing... ...

About The Sinailous moments ,those have been all because of the seperation idea only ... If thakral charges both, Sinal needs to wake up and realise the grave situation, kunal needs to be very careful from now on and Siddhi needs to forget her chaildish or rather childlike recent traits of hers.. We can still see lots of sinalious moments while Sinal working together.



Sorry for all above post ,...I was just taking out my frustrations with the pridictable recent storyline . Still I am hoping that the CVs has still got enough twists and turns with Vira ,witcha and Rohit. and losts of Sinalious moments ...

Good idea but I don't think it'll work cos who will fight the case for them as they don't have much money. I don't this would be a great option.
