I watched the pre-cap a few times. Soft music and rain = no thappad. Arjun looks cute, anxious, eager in a subdued fashion to see her. Almost like, "what is going to be her reaction?" Purvi has a soft look too but sad yet resolute. She is walking towards him but her hands hang limply, body language doesn't bode well for a hug.Purvi will tell him I think that she has decided to give him up for her mother's sake. Until Archana gives her the green signal, this girl is going no where in her love life, she has made the mistake once and she will not repeat the same mistake again.

It could very well even be Sulochana who would have given her the update of the happenings at the D house? (or even Archana, chances of which is remote). Then maybe Purvi initiates the phone call or SMS to meet him and say sorry?

Her facial expressions and the slow walk towards him seem like she is feeling sorry for him.
