Could this be the catalyst Aarya has been needing all this while? Maybe the symbolism of Aarpita's shrad would be the closure Yash needs to move on. Maybe Aarti's support of Yash in conducting the shrad would be the balm to help heal Yash's wound and also overcome the hurt he felt when Aarti tried to become Arpita.

Oh please let Aarti & Yash start communicating again - it was heart rending to see Aarti just standing there being ignored by Yash...

I felt very sad for Aarti also standing there in the bedroom lost. Yash even locked and took the keys of the cabinet of Arpita's things to his bedside. That also shows his distrust in Aarti

Yes it was very much hurting for arthi. He tried to show his distrust through it.
