What if you try PMing, reporting...almost everything you could and they just never answer? I think when moderators keep ignoring some people's reports or PMs constantly while they answer others, that's very rude too and kinda humiliating after a point and doesn't really give a very good impression about them to the one's they ignore. I am sure that's exactly what compells people to write such stuff on the forum out of frustration, cause they don't find any other way of reaching them plus they feel it's not fair to them. In fact, I've seen many people leave the forum cause of this. Just saying what I've seen and experienced.
